  • Technical Issues: You are unable to access the purchased content due to verified technical problems on our platform.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The service has been delivered and meets the agreed scope.
  • You change your mind after the course or translation has been completed.
  • Dissatisfaction due to formatting preferences not specified in advance.
